Through our rooftop Solar Photovoltaic (PV) power installation boasting a 1.2 MWp installed capacity at our Gebze facility, we generate over 60% of our plant's annual electricity demands directly from the sun. Backed by high-efficiency jacquard looms and intelligent building automated illumination systems, we have successfully slashed greenhouse gas emissions per fabric unit by 35% in the last three years.
A primary research focus inside our R&D center is the integration of post-consumer recycled polyesters and polyamides into our industrial technical felts without compromising tensile margins. Currently, up to 40% of the raw polyester polymer matrix weaving our Geotech stabilization membranes originates from licensed, certified post-consumer recycled assets.
During fabric finishing and surface treatments, we utilize exclusively water-based, formaldehyde-free ecological compounds. Operating a state-of-the-art closed-loop water treatment and reclamation system, we recycle 80% of our process water back into our weaving lines, ensuring near-zero chemical runoff and protecting adjacent natural resources.
